I wish I had a picture so I could laugh at this, but in middle school, my friends and I cosplayed Tokyo Mew Mew. I was Zakuro, Meghan was Berry, and Kat was Ichigo. My mom wouldn’t let me wear a purple bustier and shorts out of the house, so I just sewed fabric to a tank top. I had a shitty, shiny purple wig, I thought Uggs covered with spats were acceptable cosplay boots, but that’s not all…I thought that the best way to look like Zakuro would be to draw her eyes on paper, cut them out, color them in, and tape them to my glasses. I wish I had a picture, ohmygod, it would make an excellent submission to this blog. I never did another anime cosplay after that.

xD Thanks! I should invest in septum jewelry with two ends instead of my cbr. :3 But it’s a pretty minor detail. So I shouldn’t get too worried. xD

I wanted to get your guys opinion on something. Cosplay season is coming up and I was wondering if you guys think I should take my septum out while I’m cosplaying?
